Freek Botha and Mike Parker started their careers in the property market in 2009 in the small Karoo town of Philipstown. From there, they moved on to open an office in Lamberts Bay and eventually found their way to Langebaan.

Having worked for other well-known agencies, they always dreamed of working under their own brand.

On the 1st of June 2017, Freek Properties opened its first office under the directorship of Freek Botha and Mike Parker in a small shop in the Laguna Mall. Mike Parker manages the financial side of the business, while Freek Botha oversees sales and marketing.

Exactly one year later, Freek Properties relocated to a more permanent office in the Laguna Mall, ready to expand the company, which now has a presence in Langebaan, Saldanha, St Helena, Vredenburg, Velddrif, Hopefield, Jacobs Bay, and surrounding areas.

Today, the highly motivated team is dedicated to growing the brand and serving the local market. Freek Properties aims to be the go-to local agency for the West Coast markets and lives by its slogan, 'We care about every transaction as if it's our own.'
